The President and Founder of AEPM Services is Dr. Féthi Chebil, who has over 20 years of experience in major design construction projects, Public Private Partnership and certification processes, particularly in the aviation industry.

Dr. Chebil has held a variety of executive positions, including as Vice-President, Airports for SNC-Lavalin, Executive Business Development for CCC, ICAO expert for General Authority of civil Aviation in KSA, among others.

He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Mathematics. Polytechnique Montreal. Canada, as well as a MSc Project Management from UQAM in Montreal, Canada, and a Masters in Airport Management from ENAC, in Toulouse, France.

Dr. Chebil leads a multidisciplinary team of experts in the areas of engineering and design, planning, procurement, construction, and all other aspects of the projects the company oversees. He has developed an operational model at AEPM that combines top level expertise where needed, supported by low-cost technical execution and local deployment as often as possible, to create positive and efficient synergies for clients.
